Gadi Goldberg

Gadi Goldberg was born in Israel in 1972 and holds an undergraduate degree in comparative literature and philosophy from TAU and the universities of Munich and Berlin. He has resided in Germany for the last 13 years and has been translating philosophical texts and literary works since 2005. His translations include letters from Wolfgang Koeppen , Erich Maria Remarque, Uwe Timm and the philosophers Hegel, Kant, and Hans Blumenberg, and just ecently a correspondence bettween Hanah Arendt and Gershom Shalom was also published. Goldberg also leads anual German-Hebrew translation workshops on behalf of the Berlin Literary Colloquium.
