Shirley Egozi is an Israeli artist and translator of prose and poetry. She studied for a BA and MA in English Literature at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She studied visual communication and illustration in “Vital – The Center for Design Studies in Tel Aviv” (later became part of Shenkar Design College). For six years, she served as the illustrator of Haaretz Magazine, where she also published reviews in the field of visual art and literature, and wrote a column on the design of book covers. She translated into Hebrew works by A.S Byatt and Edgar Allan Poe. She exhibited her works in exhibitions in Israel and abroad.
